We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered we try our best to despatch all order for next day delivery but please allow 3-5 working days as once the item has left the building it is out of our control. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products order. Delivery must be to the credit card holders address unless prior arrangement has been made by J & M Satellites if so details can be given in the notes section of your order you can also request a delivery address here and we will notify you if there are any problems. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, a higher charge may apply
